“HOW TO KICK A BAD HABITS”
SUBTOPICS         :  1. What is a bad habit?

                Why do you keep doing your bad habits? if you keep doing your bad habits maybe you will be . . . .
What is a bad habit?  A bad habit  is a negative behavior pattern, that people have in their naturally.  I have  had a bad habit since I was in Junior High School.  One day, my parents went out and I was alone at home. I was so lonely in that time. In my loneliness I was biting my nails. I know it’s been one of my bad habit, but I wasn’t feel lonely when I did it and I have been thinking that biting my nails is fun for me.
Beside that, I also have had another bad habit. I used to be so lazy to wake up early in the morning when I was 13 years old, and that made me to get angry easily because every morning I couldn’t control my self and I always forgot to take a bath before I go to school and I always came late to school and I always got punishment from my teacher.
I have been thinking  about myself, why did my friends hate me? And why did they leave me and couldn’t wait for me to go to school together? So I tried to be better by keeping away my habits . So I started to set my alarm in the night before I sleep and stop biting my nails. Step by step I tried to change my bad habits.That was so hard to me to change my habit.  But I believed that I could do that. I should leave my bad habits, although sometimes, I still have bitten my nails.
                Next  step, I could make myself better than before and should be mature to think, have a good attitude and become a good girl. In the first week maybe it was really hard for me because of my habitual, but I tried to change my mind and myself ‘till I could leave my habits. Sometimes, I felt that I couldn’t do this and gave up. But my friends said to me, “You can do this girl and I believe in you. You will pass this.”
                How can I leave my bad habits? I like doing positive activities and hang out with my friends. That  make me forget about my bad habits. And I could counsel to my teacher. After that, slow but sure I could leave my bad habit. Finally I could do it very well and my friends also proud of me because I had passed big challenge in my life. I had  been changing from a little girl who annoying became a good girl. So, the keys if you want to be succeed in your plans are to believe in yourself and consistent in your heart that you could do that.
